My Personality

I am a very bubbly, friendly, approachable, and an easy going person. My goal is to have the most positive impact that I can on the lives of my clients that I work with, Helping them to become the healthiest, happiest version of themselves . This goes beyond helping my clients looking the best they ever have. I am passionate about helping my clients find the right balance for them, which means they can enjoy their lives to the fullest whilst looking and feeling good. A healthy lifestyle to me is more than lifting weights and I always emphasize that to my clients. It's about stretching, warming up, eating healthy and making sure your body gets rest and sleep it needs.


My Experience

I have been training for more than 25 years, this is my happy place. Exercise releases good endorphins which in return leaves you feeling great and at ease it takes away all the stress and the feeling of anxiousness.

My Teaching Style and Engagement with Students

I enjoy showing what their bodies are capable of achieving with hard work. It is my ultimate goal to help reach a happy well-balanced lifestyle that will help minimize future health related issues. My ethnicity is British-Pakistani. We are prone to health issues such has high cholesterol, high blood pressure and heart disease but with a controlled diet and exercise we can minimise these risks. Going to the gym can be quite daunting if you are looking to lose those extra pounds and feel the gym is too much I can help you get better and fitter from the comfort of your own home or at a location of your choice. That will be talking about the clients lifestyle, what are there goals, what measures have they taken before in order to get fit. We will also take body measurements and weights and work out a calorie deficit guide them to the clean eating plan and giving them workouts to achieve their goals.


My Success Stories

My client Diana is an advanced client who loves training, Due to the pandemic gyms were closed and she could no longer train and so in return she gained a bit of weight and started to loose her muscle mass. She was due to get married in July 2022. She signed up with me in December last year and returned to her pre pandemic body size and gained muscle mass and lost the unwanted weight just in time for her wedding.
