I have been teaching for over 4 years and have had years of personal experience in fitness. I am a qualified Fitness Instructor and a Personal trainer.
I have always been into Fitness training and enjoyed helping family and friends whilst following my strict healthy regime. I have ran 2 half marathons abroad and many 10K runs for charitable causes. I became passionate about helping the ladies in my community and started my new career in becoming a Female Fitness trainer.
I teach various groups of ladies/girls and on a 1-1 basis. Mobility, toning, strengthening, boxercise, and boot camp classes.
