The 2 Best Exercises To Get Abs

1. Hard style Plank:


Lie face down on the floor and prop yourself in a forearm plank position. Ensuring your elbows are aligned underneath your shoulders and that your hands are balled up into fists, hold your position for 10 to 20 seconds. Ensure your entire body is squeezed as much as possible. From your glutes to your fists! Only then will the exercise begin to take effect!


2. Dead Bug


Lay on the floor with your arms straight up above your shoulders. Bring your knees directly over your hips and bend at the knee so your calf forms a 90-degree angle with your thigh. Simultaneously, lower your left arm above your head whilst straightening your right leg and directing it to the floor. Pause and repeat on the opposite side, owing 14 alternating reps to complete 1 set. Ensure your lower body stays stuck on the ground whilst keeping your breathing as regular as possible.
