I am doing sports since I was 8 years old. I began my journey with gymnastics, swimming and athletics. I have been a sprinter for 14 years and have compete for the National team of my country. I am all about psychical and mental health. I have degree in Sports, HND Health and Social Care, BSc Public Health and Health Promotion, and Level 5 in Teaching and Education. I have experience in kinesiology and massages such as: Sport massage, Swedish massage and Deep tissue massage.  

How my workouts will help other ladies:


What is a women? A person who is multitasked. Always busy and in rush. That’s why my programme offers 30 minutes online sessions in groups and personal. 3-4 times a week variety of evenings and mornings. 

I know what physical exercises can give us as women, speaking from personal experience. The last two years have been mentally exhausting, so my personal programme aims to target mental and psychical health. We as women are very emotional, so trough my programme I want to target  our emotions and feelings and redirect them into our body. Connect our mind with our muscle groups that we focus on. This programme involves using mini bands, long loop bands, and weights at home.

Join me, Daniela as we bring the body back into its natural alignment and the mind back into present.

I integrate a unique sequence of asana and breath exercises, intended to open up the whole body to relieve stiffness and relax the mind, so that its’ energy flow can naturally shine. Yoga postures and breath reduce overall stiffness, strengthen muscles and joints, keep the body supple, and maintain a healthy nervous, circulatory, digestive, endocrine, and immune system.

The other aspect I bring into these classes is a strong connected sense of mind, body and breath awareness. Research shows that these techniques are extremely vital for our general well being and positive energy flow is proven to reduce stress in any environment we live in as it increases a sense of natural calm, clarity and joy. My classes are delivered in English and Sanskrit.

I am trained under Patanjalis eight limbs, which is reflected throughout my classes.

I have been teaching for over 4 years and have had years of personal experience in fitness. I am a qualified Fitness Instructor and a Personal trainer. 

I have always been into Fitness training and enjoyed helping family and friends whilst following my strict healthy regime. I have ran 2 half marathons abroad and many 10K runs for charitable causes. I became passionate about helping the ladies in my community and started my new career in becoming a Female Fitness trainer.    

I teach various groups of ladies/girls and on a 1-1 basis.  Mobility,  toning, strengthening, boxercise, and boot camp classes.
